Programme Description

Date: 16-18 July 2010
Venue: Riverside Lodge, Groblersdal in Limpopo
Dialogue Module: Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Personal Mastery
Purpose: Balance personal leadership skills of participants ; inspire participants to higher deals; foster team cohesion within school teams; help and develop team' individual and school action plans; and develop reporting mechanisms for school terms.

Dialogue Outcome: Teachers jointly designed school action plans to respond to the challenges identified, as well as outcomes from the culture analysis and school performance reviews undertaken in March 2010. Feedback during the evaluation session of the dialogue indicated teachers were motivated and empowered to become agents of change.
